Located in the heart of Coronado, California, 500 D is a multi-family housing development with 2 distinct living units. 500 D is at the forefront of the recent, massive redevelopment movement occurring in Coronado, fueled largely by Coronado’s ideal location between the Pacific Ocean to the west and the San Diego Bay to the north, south, and east.

CHALLENGE

With beautiful views all around this home, the architect and home owner were trying to achieve unlimited views throughout the home that included a large patio, second floor balconies as well as a 400 square foot roof deck all while maintaining the warm California chic feel of the home.

SOLUTION

500D takes advantage of the ideal climate in the San Diego region through multiple indoor/outdoor living situations, including front patios, second floor balconies, and two 400 square foot roof decks with panoramic city lights and Coronado Bay Bridge views.
